The initial brief was to split the house in two so that the six bedroom house could have an annex which could form a rental income. The house should then be easy to turn back into one large six bedroom house for sale later on if necessary. This initially posed some space planning and technical issues, (and the house is listed) but I relish a challenge!
Due to other projects on the development the interior design of this house did not run in a continuous manner. The building work and electrical works were completed, the colour schemes agreed, but fitting out was delayed. However I worked around these challenges efficiently and effectively to ensure the final design elements were completed in a professional and timely manner when required.
Flow interior was involved in all aspects of the design including layouts, space planning, colour schemes, lighting design and the complete supply of all soft furnishings and furniture, providing a flexible interiors design service.
